Outer Cap Inspector

The equipment is installed following the ring cutting machine. Through one camera to achieve the full range of outside bottle cap imaging, to detect the quality problems such as stain、yellow spot、deformation、etc. on the outer side of the bottle cap and the top of the cap , weed out the bad goods. Inspact speed matches with the switch machine、printing machine, no need to reduce the production line speed, to achieve real-time online detection.
